The Gates of Hell material is quite interesting...

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishment the scroll,
I am the Master of my fate:
I am the Captain of my soul.

Mongoose has recently started a series 'Infernum'. It's a campaign set
in a hell... you play a demon, damned soul, mortal, or fallen angel. It
actually looks pretty workable. In fact, I'm considering reworking how
fiends work IMC to take advantage of this material... I may even rework
dragons so their development works similarly.

Also, I noticed only *one* error in the book, and it was both easy to
see and easy to understand how it got there (something to do with 'this
uses Combat Expertise. It allows the use of Combat Reflexes...' -- the
Combat Reflexes doesn't make sense, but replace it with CE it does).

I'm revising my previous opinions of Mongoose. Their earlier material
tended to be somewhat weak in terms of mechanics and editing, but I've
been rather pleased with their recent releases.

Okay, now that I've started to take a look at this... interesting
indeed. I need to look more closely at how they're handling deities; I
think it'll mesh with what I've been working on.

Thanks for the link.

Dragon's new Greyhawk poster maps - I've finally had the time to read the Maure Castle adventure in Dungeon #112, but I noticed a sidebar that says Dungeon is going to be printing new four-part poster maps of the World of Greyhawk, one per issue, starting with Dungeon #117. Does anyone...
